Job Description
Employer: Franchisee of fast food brand - Zaxby’s
Location: South Carolina, USA
Job Title: Crew Member
Pay Rate: Starting wage is $10.14/per hour. It increases by $1 every 60 days, reaching $13.14 per hour by the sixth month.
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities: Take orders, handle payments, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent service.
Qualifications: Must be 18+ years old (Applicants under age 50 are recommended). Ability to work 35-40 hours per week.

Physical Capability: Stand, walk continuously. Lift up to 40 pounds
EB3 Process Timeline and Costs
Estimated total processing time: 4 to 6 years, based on current timelines.
Total Consulting Service Fee for EB-3 Unskilled Visa Program = $23,000.00
Step by Step Payment Plan & Process timeline:
The total payment per candidate is $23,000, structured as follows:
Step 1: For EB3 Program Enrollment (PWD and Recruiting Process) – Pay $5,000
- Will be completed within 6-8 weeks
Step 2: Before Filing PERM Application for LC (ETA-9089) – Pay $5,000
- Might take around 12-16 months (may vary if audited)
Step 3: Before I-140 Immigrant Petition – Pay $10,000
- Regular estimated processing: 6-12 months. Can be completed within 2-3 weeks by premium processing.
- If RFE issued: +2-4 months (regular) or +15 days (premium process)
Step 4: Before I-485, I-765, I-131 / IVP – Pay $3,000
- Expected time for Adjustment of Status/Consular Processing = 12 to 24 months
Additional Costs:
· $1,500 per dependent (spouse / unmarried children under 21)
· $2805 for optional I-140 Premium Processing
